यह भर्ती Apprentices Act, 1961 के तहत training के लिए है। Training पूरी होने के बाद Railway में permanent job या automatic absorption की guarantee नहीं है। ₹9,600 stipend है, regular Railway salary नहीं। जो candidates apprenticeship कर रहे हैं या पहले कर चुके हैं, वे apply न करें।

🛠️ ITI Trades (कौन-से ट्रेड हैं)
Notification में ये trades शामिल हैं (हर cluster या unit में हर trade नहीं है):
ध्यान दें: आपका ITI trade उसी slot के eligible trade से match होना चाहिए जिसे आप चुन रहे हैं। जिस unit में आपके trade का slot नहीं है, वहां apply करना बेकार हो जाएगा, क्योंकि final submission के बाद बदलाव नहीं होता। Trade-wise tables official PDF में हैं, इसलिए exact trade name वहां check करें।
✅ Eligibility (पात्रता)
- ✅ Education: मान्यता प्राप्त Board से 10th (या equivalent, 10+2 system) कम से कम 50% aggregate के साथ।
- ✅ Technical: Notified trade में NCVT का National Trade Certificate, या NCVT/SCVT का Provisional Certificate।
- ✅ सिर्फ 10th pass होना काफी नहीं है, ITI certificate भी ज़रूरी है।
- ❌ Engineering Graduates और Diploma holders इस notification में apply नहीं कर सकते (उनके लिए अलग scheme है)।
- ❌ जो candidates apprenticeship कर रहे हैं या पहले कर चुके हैं, वे apply न करें।
🎂 Age Limit (आयु सीमा)
Age 03-11-2026 के हिसाब से गिनी जाएगी: minimum 15 साल पूरे और 24 साल पूरे न हुए हों। Relaxation: SC/ST 5 साल, OBC 3 साल, PwBD 10 साल। Ex-Servicemen के लिए notification की special conditions लागू हैं।

💰 Stipend & Training (स्टाइपेंड और ट्रेनिंग)
- 💰 Stipend: ₹9,600 प्रति माह (RBE No. 116/2025, दिनांक 11-11-2025 के अनुसार)।
- ⏱️ Training की अवधि: सभी trades के लिए 1 साल।
- 🏠 Hostel accommodation नहीं मिलेगा, रहने की व्यवस्था खुद करनी होगी।
- 📄 Training शुरू होने से पहले Contract of Apprenticeship Training करना होगा। Minor candidate के लिए guardian contract करेगा।
- ⚠️ Training के बाद नौकरी देना Railway के लिए ज़रूरी नहीं है।

Payment Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI या Wallet से online होगा। Fee non-refundable है। अगर पैसा कट गया पर application download नहीं हुई, तो दोबारा pay करने से पहले “Verify Payment” button इस्तेमाल करें, क्योंकि duplicate payment forfeit हो जाता है।
🏆 Selection Process & Merit (चयन प्रक्रिया)
- 🔹 Selection merit list पर आधारित है: 10th (aggregate %) और ITI (%) का simple average।
- 🔹 Notification में अलग written exam या interview का ज़िक्र नहीं है।
- 🔹 Centralized merit list नहीं बनेगी। Final list cluster-wise, unit-wise, trade-wise और community-wise slots के बराबर बनेगी।
- 🔹 Merit के बाद Document Verification और Medical Fitness होगी।
- 🔹 Tie-break: marks बराबर हों तो उम्र में बड़ा candidate आगे। Date of birth भी बराबर हो तो जिसने matriculation पहले पास की।
Example (सिर्फ समझाने के लिए, cut-off नहीं): 10th 80% और ITI 90% हो तो Merit = 85%।
ITI %: सभी semesters के consolidated marksheet का average (या Provisional NTC में दिए marks) ही गिना जाएगा। Grade वाले Boards: overall grade की marks-range का midpoint लें। जैसे A (80 से 89%) का midpoint 84.5% होता है। Overall grade न मिले तो हर subject का midpoint निकालकर average लें। Online form के % और RRC की गणना में फर्क निकला तो candidature reject हो जाएगी।
📑 Reservation & PwBD (आरक्षण)
- ✅ SC/ST: Central Government format का caste certificate upload करना होगा।
- ✅ OBC: Caste certificate और Non-Creamy Layer certificate (01-04-2026 या उसके बाद जारी) Central Government format में।
- ✅ PwBD: सिर्फ OH (Locomotor/Cerebral Palsy, कम से कम 40%), HH (better ear में 60 decibel या ज़्यादा) और VH (Low Vision) apply कर सकते हैं। Disability certificate notification के Annexure III से VI के format में चाहिए, और trade-wise physical condition भी देखनी होगी।
- ✅ Ex-Servicemen: Discharge certificate, या बच्चों के लिए माता-पिता का discharge/serving certificate upload करना होगा।

Photo पिछले 3 महीने के अंदर की होनी चाहिए, चेहरा साफ दिखे, बिना cap और sunglasses के। Document verification के लिए उसी photo की 2 extra copies रखें। Hindi/English के अलावा किसी दूसरी भाषा के certificates के साथ attested translation चाहिए।
🩺 Document Verification & Medical (वेरिफिकेशन और मेडिकल)
- 🔸 Shortlisted candidates की verification उनके चुने हुए Cluster की Division/Unit में होगी। Original documents दिखाना ज़रूरी है।
- 🔸 Annexure VII के format में Medical Fitness Certificate साथ लाना होगा। इस पर Central/State Government hospital के Gazetted doctor (Assistant Surgeon या उससे ऊपर) के sign चाहिए। Certificate के बिना verification नहीं होगी और candidature cancel हो सकती है।
- 🔸 Verification के लिए आने पर TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा। Division/Unit selection के बाद बदली नहीं जाएगी।
⚠️ Rejection के आम कारण
- ❌ एक से ज़्यादा application (अलग mobile/e-mail/details से भी): सारी applications reject हो सकती हैं।
- ❌ ऐसी unit चुनना जहां आपके ITI trade का slot ही नहीं है।
- ❌ 10th या ITI का % गलत भरना, या नाम/पिता का नाम/DOB 10th certificate से match न होना।
- ❌ Unclear या corrupt documents, original certificates न दिखाना, या medical certificate न लाना।
- ❌ गलत या fake जानकारी देना, या age/qualification शर्तें पूरी न करना।

- 💡 आखिरी दिन की भीड़ से बचने के लिए पहले ही apply कर लें। (Website jam होने पर RRC जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।)
