Key Responsibilities
- Freezing equipment specifications and raising timely indents in SAP
- Coordinating with vendors for quotations, specifications, and technical comparisons
- Preparing proposals for new requirements as per URS (User Requirement Specifications)
- Liaising with Purchase and Finance teams for procurement and payments
- Working with the Engineering team and plant departments on project execution
- Ensuring approvals for P&ID, GA Drawings, Equipment Layouts, and Site Layouts
- Coordinating with consultants on greenfield and modification (brownfield) projects
- Controlling and monitoring project schedules
- Timely submission of project completion reports and handover to plant
